Our lead facilitators Dr Jess Dart (founding director) and Carina Calzoni (Director) have made an exciting change to the format of Clear Horizon’s 5-day Complexity Aware Monitoring and Evaluation, Learning based and Adaption training (CAMELA) to provide course participants an easier way to manage their professional development.

While the content has not changed, the training is now structured in 2 parts:

  • Part A (day 1 and 2) - Program Logic and Theory of Change for complex programs. Check the new course overview here.
  • Part B (days 3, 4 and 5) - Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning for Complex Programs.  Advance training for those who have previously attended Clear Horizon’s PL & ToC training and want to now focus on MEL. Check the new course overview here.

The new structure allows participants to participate in the training in one of the following ways:

  • Attend the 5-day training to complete Part A and B (Clear horizon’s CAMELA training). 19-23 March in Melbourne
  • Attend day 1 and 2 to complete Part A (PL & ToC). 19-20 March in Melbourne
  • Attend days 3, 4 and 5 to complete Part B.  (Note, participants wishing to attend only Part B must have already completed Part A).

If you have already attended Clear Horizon’s PL & ToC training and wish to complete CAMELA training, sign up today to MEL for Complex Programs. Available dates are:

  • Melbourne: 21-23 March 2018 - Limited places
