Clear Horizon are committed to participatory and collaborative processes whereby the client and relevant stakeholders are consulted at several points along the journey of the evaluation. Frequently, these processes include planning and consultative workshops.

Our standard mode of operation is to communicate effectively with our clients through a number of meetings and frequent informal interactions, including face‐to‐face discussions, email and/or telephone. The purpose of this communication is to develop and maintain a common understanding of the aims of the project, ensure that client expectations are understood and met, and to allow both parties to operate as an effective team. We believe in having frank and open dialogue at all meetings and interactions, such that there are ‘no surprises’ when the final product is delivered are made and issues are raised.
