Lee-Anne Molony
Qualified in natural resource management (NRM) and Economics, Lee-Anne Molony is an experienced evaluator and project manager with particular focus in the NRM and agricultural sectors. Lee-Anne also brings skills and experience in strategy development, consultation and high quality report writing. She has worked in government, non-government and private sectors both in Australia and internationally, and across a wide range of stakeholders within those sectors.
Recently recruited as Clear Horizon’s Practice Manager and Principal Consultant, Lee-Anne was previously the manager of GHD’s Natural resources and Agricultural team, specialising in working with government, industries and communities to design, implement and evaluate NRM and agricultural programs and policies. There, she divided her time between managing a team of 18 staff and undertaking reviews and evaluations of a range of programs for government agencies, particularly in the natural resource sectors.
Lee-Anne has also worked with the Bangladesh Department of Environment in biodiversity conservation management planning, and managed donor-funded programs in developing countries for Cadno Acil, a consultancy specialising in managing international development programs.
In conducting evaluations, and planning conservation management, Lee-Anne has undertaken extensive consultation with program beneficiaries and other key stakeholders, including those within State and Federal government, regional NRM organisations and the broader community.
