Who we are

Clear Horizon is a group of enthusiastic, passionate, professionals delivering monitoring, evaluation, and planning with a strong focus on participatory approaches and facilitation. Collectively, our consultants have over 50 years experience in evaluation and facilitation. All hold relevant professional qualifications, are members of the Australasian Evaluation Society and are bound by their code of ethics. We pride ourselves in producing in-depth and analytical evaluation reports based on the latest theories in international program evaluation literature. A common thread across all our work is our desire to build the capacity of our clients to do their own effective monitoring and evaluation. We work across diverse sectors with a range of clients who share our goals and who are working to increase the public good.
