Administration Team
Clear Horizon employs a friendly, committed and highly skilled team of administrators who ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently. The team supports Dr Jess Dart and the consultants with day to day administration as well as creating systems and procedures that help the office keep up with Clear Horizon’s ever expanding expanding portfolio.
Belinda Anstee is Clear Horizon’s highly skilled Office Manager. During a period of rapid growth Belinda has successfully managed the Clear Horizon office and has greatly enhanced the company’s administration. Belinda has a strong background in finance and accounting and has brought a wealth of knowledge to Clear Horizon. Belinda is currently on maternity leave. Please speak to Naomi, Karen or Marion in regards to administration.
Rachael Byrnes
Rachael joined the team as the Website Administrator and IT support person in March 2008. With an eclectic background in administration, website management and communications for a variety of NGOs Rachael brings Clear Horizon a diverse knowledge base in web and print media.
Karen Chappel
Karen joined the team April 2008 as the Receptionist and PA to Dr Jess Dart. She will cheerfully greet you and help direct queries to the appropriate consultant. Her main role is to provide secretarial support to our very busy Dr Dart (including managing her diary and travel plans) and co-ordination of the bookings for the Clear Horizon Public Training. Karen also assists our many other consultants with various needs as necessary.
Naomi Land
Naomi has recently been appointed to the administration team to fill the maternity leave position while Belinda is on leave. With qualifications in accountancy and experience running her own book keeping business Naomi is well equipped to keep our finances in line. Naomi also has an advertising and PA background. Naomi will be working from 9.30am to 3pm to enable her to juggle her time with her three boys.
Debbie Spencer
Debbie Spencer joined the Clear Horizon team in February of this year as an Administration Assistant. With over 20 years experience in secretarial and administrative work for a variety of large and small companies, Debbie’s skills make a valuable contribution to the admin team. Debbie currently manages the administration of our public training courses and is an excellent point of contact for any inquires relating to training.
Marion Willmott
Marion Willmott, is Clear Horizon’s multi skilled Administration Assistant, who plays an integral role in the admin team. Juggling a variety of responsibilities including, transcription, compiling Program Logic models, proof reading and providing executive support to the Managing Director, Marion is certainly ‘in demand’ around the office! Marion has a strong background in admin which has been a great asset to the Clear Horizon office.
