Clear Horizon prides itself in employing a dynamic team of consultants who are experts in their respective fields including monitoring and evaluation, Natural Resource Management, community development, sustainability and international development. What started as a small team of just three consultants in 2005 has now grown to 10 consultants broken into four distinct consulting teams:

Community Development & Social Justice

Led by Zoe Dawkins, the Community Development and Social Justice team provides mentoring, training and evaluation services to local, national and international organisations, State government departments and agencies as well as individuals working in this sector. All team members hold graduate qualification relevant to this sector and have specialist knowledge in evaluating social initiatives. The team also has a wealth of experience working cross culturally including, with the indigenous community in Australia, migrant and refugee populations both in Australia and overseas and with local communities and government agencies in the Asia-Pacific region. Our approaches aim to promote engagement, consultation and capacity building with our clients and their stakeholders through expert facilitation and the latest in social research practice. Environment and Natural Resource Management

Lead by Caroline Love, The Clear Horizon NRM and Environment team provides advice, training and the development of strategic plans, evaluations and frameworks for organisational improvement. The team has specialist skills in monitoring, evaluation, reporting and improvement approaches having built these approaches working closely with a large number of regional bodies throughout Australia, State Agencies and the Australian Government. Organisation Effectiveness

Lead by Carolynne Wilson, the Organisation Effectiveness Team works across all sectors, but focuses on the internal dynamics of organisations and on whole organisations rather than on specific programs and projects. The types of services we provide include organisational strategic planning, scenario planning, facilitation of outcomes frameworks, general facilitation for decision making, coaching and mentoring, evaluation of restructures and alignment processes, evaluation of Boards and Board appointment processes, annual reports, performance reports and report cards.

Urban & Agricultural Sustainability

Led by Kate Nichols, the Urban and Agricultural Sustainability team provides mentoring, training and evaluation services to government and non government agencies and individuals working in these sectors. Together, our team has specialist skills in monitoring, evaluation and improvement approaches developed through many years of working with agricultural research development and extension programs as well as community-based sustainability interventions. Our approaches are typified by high levels of stakeholder engagement, participation and capacity building delivered through passionate and expert facilitation.
