Community Development & Social Justice
Led by Zoë Dawkins, the Community Development and Social Justice team provides mentoring, training and evaluation services to local, national and international organisations, State government departments and agencies as well as individuals working in this sector. All team members hold graduate qualification relevant to this sector and have specialist knowledge in evaluating social initiatives. The team also has a wealth of experience working cross culturally including, with the indigenous community in Australia, migrant and refugee populations both in Australia and overseas and with local communities and government agencies in the Asia-Pacific region. Our approaches aim to promote engagement, consultation and capacity building with our clients and their stakeholders through expert facilitation and the latest in social research practice.

Paul Crossley
Paul Crossley has a background in Social Anthropology after completing his PhD at Manchester University, UK. Paul’s research focused on informal economies in Mexico City, and involved undertaking qualitative research with a diverse range of people, groups and communities. Bethany Davies
Bethany has a background in overseas development and training coordination. Katrina Middlin
Katrina is a social science researcher with a background in international and community development. She has experience in business development, project coordination and applied qualitative research. Before joining Clear Horizon, Katrina worked with an international development company as a Bidding Unit Project Coordinator, assisting with the development of project proposals for clients such as AusAID, USAID and DfID. more
