Caroline is a highly experienced monitoring and evaluation practitioner who joined Clear Horizon in September 2007. Caroline has over five years of experience working in the field of evaluation. Specialising in the evaluation of natural resource management programs and agricultural extension, Caroline combines her strong technical background with her considerable knowledge of evaluation. Caroline holds a Graduate Certificate in Assessment & Evaluation in addition to a Bachelor of Agricultural Science (Hons) and a Diploma of Applied Science (Dairy Farm Management).

To add to this, Caroline has advanced project management skills and a Diploma in Frontline Management. Prior to coming to clear Horizon, Caroline spent three years as an evaluation specialist, firstly with the award winning ‘evaluation support team’ of DPI, Victoria, and secondly as the monitoring and evaluation officer for the Murrumbidgee CMA in Wagga Wagga. Before entering the field of evaluation, Caroline worked for over 8 years as a dairy industry development officer and a property management planning officer for the Western Australian and Victorian State Governments.

In addition to her sound knowledge of evaluation, and project management, Caroline has strong skills in workshop facilitation, and holds a Certificate IV in Workplace Training.
