Kym is a skilled facilitator and an experienced evaluator. She has worked for over ten years in the field of NRM, working alongside regional NRM bodies in Victoria, WA and Queensland. Combined with a Masters’ degree in Environmental Management and a Bachelor of Science she is well qualified to work as an evaluator in the NRM context.

Kym is has advanced skills in research, interviewing and report writing. She has also facilitated the development of several evaluation plans and strategic plans. Added to this she has high level project management skills.

Kym currently works part time for Clear Horizon and part time as a Research Assistant with Charles Sturt University’s Institute for Land Water and Society in Wagga Wagga. Most recently she co-authored a report into the social impacts of drought in the Murray Darling Basin following a research project with Professor Margaret Alston.

Prior to this, Kym worked for several years with Glenelg Hopkins Catchment Management Authority, Hamilton, Victoria.
