Rini has more than ten years experience in applied social research, program design, planning, monitoring and evaluation particularly in Indonesia and Australia. She has undertaken quantitative and qualitative research for a range of international development sectors including child rights, youth programs, labour rights, gender, humanitarian response, counter-terrorism, and peace building.
Rini holds a Master of International Development and a Bachelor of Organisational and Social Psychology. Rini believes the primary goals of evaluation are program improvement, accountability and organisational learning, Her professional mission is to support her clients to achieve these goals.
Rini brings an energetic enthusiasm but if you catch her in a quite moment, you will find her cooking food from different countries, running or touring in her campervan.
