extensive, practical experience of using evaluative approaches to strengthen
program design, stakeholder engagement, organizational learning and program
effectiveness. He is experienced in
establishing and leading project teams and designing and implementing projects,
including evaluations and training programs. Malcolm has technical expertise in
veterinary public health and biosecurity, developed through extensive
experience in policy and operational roles in government, non-government and
private organisations, in Australia, Southeast Asia and the United
Kingdom. He is particularly interested
in sustainable agriculture and initiatives to improve the livelihoods and
wellbeing of rural communities.
In his spare time Malcolm can be found enjoying a cycling or hiking adventure, reading books and landscapes or tending a garden anywhere.
