Malcolm has extensive, practical experience of using evaluative approaches to strengthen program design, stakeholder engagement, organizational learning and program effectiveness. He is experienced in establishing and leading project teams and designing and implementing projects, including evaluations and training programs. Malcolm has technical expertise in veterinary public health and biosecurity, developed through extensive experience in policy and operational roles in government, non-government and private organisations, in Australia, Southeast Asia and the United Kingdom. Malcolm moved from the public sector to evaluation consultancy after completing a Master of Evaluation at the University of Melbourne.
In his spare time
Malcolm can be found enjoying a leisurely cycling or hiking adventure, reading
landscapes or in the garden coaxing cucurbits and compost.
