Edgar works within the social innovation team at Clear Horizon. He is an experienced researcher and evaluator having contributed to numerous evaluations, including for prototypes, pilots and major government programs.
Edgar is also experienced in developing M&E frameworks and plans in a variety of contexts including for human rights education, restorative justice and disability support projects. His strong academic grounding in qualitative and quantitative research methods allows Edgar to navigate complex data collection and analysis, while his interdisciplinary education provides him with strong conceptual skills and the ability to engage with complex systems. Edgar brings a dynamic approach to evaluations, he is always looking for new ways to improve processes and evolve his understanding of client needs. Prior to joining Clear Horizon, Edgar worked in State Government on data projects and in a community engagement role and volunteered within the NGO sector.
