Samiha brings a depth of experience in international development, program planning and management which allows her to apply a realistic lens to program design and evaluation
Samiha has worked on projects across various sectors -health, education, law and justice, capacity building- and has managed complex regional programs and facilities in Africa, Asia and in the Pacific. She specialises in strategic planning at both the program and organisational levels, quality assuring monitoring and evaluation systems, with a particular emphasis on adaptive management and ensuring value for money for aid investments.
Samiha is passionate about understanding the impact of international development work and made a conscious choice to move in to evaluation. She enjoys working with clients and organisations to support them to maximise their investments goals while providing the best outcomes for beneficiaries.
In her spare time you will find Samiha playing with her 3.5 year old son who keeps his mom on her toes, or cooking Bangladeshi curries while blasting Bollywood music in the background.
