Reporting on Outcomes: Collaborative Outcomes Reporting
The Collaborative Outcomes Reporting (COR) is a practical approach for telling the story of how your program has contributed to outcomes. COR produces reports that are short and include both qualitative and quantitative data in a five part structure. They are created using a participatory process that includes data trawling, semi-structured interviews and science panels and culminates in a ‘summit workshop’. This technique has been adopted by various organisations from natural resource mangement, overseas development, heath and education and is fast being seen as one of the most effective ways of meaningfully reporting on outcomes.
