Eunice brings a collaborative and systematic approach to evaluation projects, drawing on her professional experience as educator, editor and copywriter.
Eunice is a monitoring and evaluation (M&E) specialist, having worked in the education, humanitarian and community development fields. She has a Master of Evaluation from the University of Melbourne, and a background in secondary teaching and communications. She is adept in research and analysis, editing, and learning facilitation, with a keen interest in systems thinking and agile workflows.
Her evaluation journey began in the classroom, though her hunger to explore “big picture” questions grew while heading a high school department. She sees evaluation as an interdisciplinary and resilient approach to problem solving and working in complexity.
Eunice is an explorer at heart; she has traveled to all seven continents, and trekked Patagonia and the Himalayas. Besides her love for nature, she enjoys stumbling upon hidden cafes and street art gems around Melbourne.
