Jill brings a researcher’s desire for deep understanding and clear communication to all her evaluation, research, and project management activities.
Coming to evaluation after a number of years as a social researcher, including completing a PhD in 2011, Jill has wide-ranging experience in evaluation design, planning, delivery and project management across a range of industry sectors and for all levels of government. She works to bridge the divide between theory and practice, applying and adapting new and existing approaches to meet clients’ needs. She recognises the benefits of working closely with clients to build their understanding and capacity for monitoring and evaluation.
For Jill, words bring pleasure both at work and away. Once all the analysis and synthesis is done, she likes to communicate results and craft a report so that it is clear, concise and comprehensive. It will come as no surprise then, that a poet’s notebook, pencil and love of language are her constant companions.
