Experienced in the international development and domestic community development sectors, Liz is passionate about finding effective solutions to tackle problems stemming from social disadvantage and inequality.
Having worked for years with individuals and communities in crisis, Liz is cool headed and enjoys working in complex (and sometimes chaotic) environments. Liz is particularly interested in a systems thinking approach in which clients and local communities are the leaders of change.
Liz has worked with people experiencing homelessness, including people from culturally and linguistically diverse communities. Having worked on the ground as a program implementer Liz understands the challenges our clients can face when attempting to transform their program design into tangible outcomes and the importance of user friendly evaluations. Additionally Liz has managed projects and partnerships throughout the Asia Pacific which taught her the importance of true partnership and collaboration focused on meeting the genuine needs of a community.
Liz is nearing completion of her Master of Evaluation.
In her spare time Liz gets out of the city and into nature as often as possible.
