With more than twelve years of experience working in the areas of applied social research, program design and monitoring & evaluation, Rini brings a sharp focus and determined attitude to every project. Her work has covered many areas including: poverty reduction, child rights and child labour, gender, youth programs, humanitarian response, counter-terrorism and peace building. Rini has extensive experience in building and implementing monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) systems in challenging contexts throughout the world, particularly in Australia and South East Asia. When designing and implementing effective MEL systems - for outcome measurement and use in program learning and adaptation - Rini prides herself on working closely with clients. She holds a Master degree in Development Studies (University of Melbourne, Australia) and a Bachelor degree in Organisational and Social Psychology (Gadjah Mada University, Indonesia). Rini approaches life and work enthusiastically and in quiet moments enjoys cooking foreign cuisine, running and travelling.
