Rini brings strong practical skills and robust theoretical knowledge to the co-design and evaluation of social development programs.
With more than thirteen years of experience working in the international development and Australian community development sectors, Rini brings a diversity of experience, a sharp focus, and a determined attitude to every project. She has worked with a broad range of social change initiatives and businesses globally.
Rini has extensive experience in designing and implementing monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) systems in complex contexts as well as co-designing social development programs to support systemic change. When doing her work - Rini prides herself on working closely with clients and communities to ensure sustainable outcomes. Her work has covered many areas including community wellbeing and resilience, poverty reduction, child rights and child labour, gender, youth programs, humanitarian response, counter-terrorism and peacebuilding.
Rini is passionate about community-led social change and believes that involving the community in the design of initiatives improves community ownership and impact. She holds a Master degree in Development Studies (University of Melbourne, Australia) and a Bachelor degree in Organisational and Social Psychology.
Rini approaches life and works enthusiastically and in quiet moments, enjoys cooking foreign cuisine, running and travelling.
