Nikki has been working in monitoring and evaluation since 2013 and has held executive and senior leadership roles on international and community level social change initiatives. She has worked with international NGOs, domestic NGOs as well as local, state and federal government on evaluations and is currently studying a Master of Evaluation at The University of Melbourne. This experience has led her to deeply value the role of evaluation in improving social change initiatives.
She has an insatiable appetite for learning about diverse cultural approaches to monitoring and evaluation, as well as the way in which inter-cultural working relationships can strengthen approaches to complex social problems.
In her spare time, Nikki can be found baking with ingredients from the local markets or trying to keep up with her partner Lloyd while hiking in the Dandenongs.
