Samiha brings 11+ years of experience in international development, program planning and management which allows her to apply a realistic lens to program design and evaluation.
Samiha has worked on projects across various sectors - health, education, law and justice, capacity building- and has managed complex regional programs and facilities in Africa, Asia and in the Pacific. She specialises in strategic planning at both the program and organisational levels, quality assuring monitoring and evaluation systems, with a particular emphasis on adaptive management and ensuring value for money for aid investments.
Samiha made a conscious choice to move in to program design and evaluation as she is keen to understand the impact of international development investments. She enjoys working with clients and organisations to support them to maximise their investments goals while providing the best outcomes for beneficiaries.
In her very little spare time, you will find Samiha either playing with her son or trying to convince herself to pick up painting again.
