Experienced in the community, education and health sectors, Bridget is a great listener, a lover of adventure and creativity, and a calm guide through the challenges of evaluation.
Bridget joined the world of evaluation after many years using the medium of outdoor activities for management development and for psychiatric rehabilitation - experience that resonates strongly with participatory evaluation approaches.
After studying evaluation at the University of Melbourne, Bridget spent 12 years evaluating alcohol and other drug prevention and treatment programs. A Monash University PhD on health services policy followed. With Clear Horizon since mid-2013, Bridget has been involved in numerous evaluations and in delivering training.
Outside work, Bridget is on the board of Community Music Victoria and on the Research and Evaluation Committee of NEAMI National. She is a ballroom dancer and plays sax in a street band.
