Drawing on her strong theoretical knowledge of evaluation, Caitlin is able to guide clients through the maze of evaluation information and design a product that meets their needs.
Caitlin holds a Masters of Evaluation (First Class Honours) from the University of Melbourne, and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Honours) from James Cook University. Through Caitlin’s fourteen years experience working in Commonwealth and State government agencies, she has extensive policy development and program management experience in areas such as, environment protection, natural resource management, social justice and emergency management.
Caitlin is experienced in creating and using Program Logic models, developing M&E Frameworks, as well as undertaking various evaluations using methods such as Participatory, Theory-based, and Mixed Methods. Caitlin is passionate about making evaluation accessible, meaningful and tailored to individual organisations and helping clarify the confusion that often surrounds monitoring and evaluation.
When she’s not running after her energetic toddler, Caitlin loves to cycle, do a yoga class or head to the movies.
