Aliki is a digital learning specialist who is experienced in providing specialist learning solutions to the not-for-profit, higher education, vocational education, government and corporate sectors.
She has demonstrated application and leadership in the areas of learning & development, digital learning, blended learning, learning design, learning and technology systems, learning analytics and reporting, adult learning principles, project management and change management.
Aliki holds a Bachelor of Behavioural Science and Postgraduate Diploma of Psychology and employs her behavioural science underpinnings to learning projects, learning design and systems design. She has received awards in eLearning for the successful delivery of the first MOOCs in TAFE and was awarded the Best Not-For-Profit Project by Totara Learn Learning Management System. She has designed a multitude of online learning pieces and thrives on creating learning that is meaningful and makes an impact.
As Learning Manager of Clear Horizon, Aliki heads up the Clear Horizon Academy. She works on learning management architecture, online learning product strategy and product development to enable and inspire project managers, evaluators, designers, collaboration leads, entrepreneurs and others to acquire knowledge and skill in design and evaluation to deliver positive impact.
