Nikki is brings her strong analytical skills and experience working with data to support the design of effective and implementable programs.
Nikki has extensive experience in supporting organisations and individuals to improve their data processes and take advantage of their data in new ways. She has worked with NGO’s, not for profits, Government and international multi-laterals across Asia – Pacific, particularly in Solomon Islands, Fiji and Papua New Guinea.
Until 2019 Nikki was working in the International Development sector focused on supporting programs and organisations in the pacific to take advantage of digital systems for data collection and analysis. During this work, Nikki became increasingly passionate about helping partners to improve design, to use data better, and to build M&E into their program cycles to create a culture of applied learning.
In her spare time, Nikki can be found “lifting heavy things” at the gym, and deep diving into sci fi and fantasy content.
