Penny Davis

Principal Consultant

Penny Davis is a MEL specialist with 16 years experience in international development. She worked for the Australian aid program for 12 years and holds a Masters of Evaluation from the University of Melbourne. Her experience includes in-country positions in Indonesia and Kenya.

Penny is committed building deep, long-term relationships with partners. She works collaboratively with partners to understand their evidence and decision-making needs, and to ensuring robust evidence is available to them. She draws on her extensive program management experience to ensure that MEL systems are suitable for the resources available to partners.

Penny loves learning about new programs and has applied her MEL skills across multiple sectors, including infrastructure, research for development, social protection, and innovation.

Penny lives in Canberra and, in her free time, enjoys making her family go mountain biking, hiking, and surfing.
