Ulla Keech-Marx is a Principal Consultant in Clear Horizon’s International Team. Ulla provides MEL advisory services to a range of Australian Aid programs, drawing on twenty years’ experience working in international development in the Asia-Pacific region. Ulla specialises in design and MEL for complex contexts and systems change, including a focus on equity, governance, and adaptive programming. Ulla started her career in community development and the civil society sector in Indonesia and is passionate about supporting local change makers to better understand how change happens, so that they can influence positive change in their communities and broader society.

Outside of work, Ulla loves hiking in beautiful places with her family. She lives and works in Canberra on Ngunnawal land.
